In-Home Support Services

Person-Centered Home Care for Your Independence

At Prestige Homecare Services LLC, we provide reliable, Minnesota DHS 245D-compliant In-Home Support Services (IHS). Our goal is to offer high-quality, relationship-based care that allows individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, and daily needs to live safely and comfortably in their own homes and local neighborhoods.

We work closely with families, guardians, and county case managers to build exact support plans that respect your daily routines and cultural background.

Our Core In-Home Support Services (IHS) Tiers

Unlike massive corporate agencies where clients can easily become just a file number, Prestige operates as a focused, smaller agency. This allows us to dedicate our energy to flexible staffing, consistent family communication, and deeply personalized care plans. We are proudly rooted in the community, specializing in culturally responsive care that understands, respects, and adapts to the diverse traditions and routines of underserved households.

Our Core In-Home Support Services (IHS) Tiers

To meet the specific rules of Minnesota state waiver programs (CADI, DD, BI), we offer three distinct types of Individualized Home Supports:

1. Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Without Training

This service focuses on direct, hands-on help, safety monitoring, and keeping daily routines stable. Our caregivers step in to assist with everyday tasks that an individual cannot manage on their own, ensuring a secure and organized home environment.

  • Key Support Includes: Help with everyday physical tasks, health-related reminders, and environmental safety monitoring.

2. Individualized Home Supports (IHS) With Training

This is a skill-building service designed to teach and model self-sufficiency. Rather than doing the work for the client, our staff works side-by-side with them to develop the everyday living skills needed to manage a household successfully.

  • Key Support Includes: Practice with personal budgeting, healthy meal preparation, housekeeping routines, and learning to safely use community transit options.

3. Individualized Home Supports (IHS) With Family Training

We know that consistent care requires teamwork. This service provides direct coaching and specific strategies to the client’s family members and informal support network, ensuring everyone is working toward the same independence goals.
